When can I expect to receive my print?

Each print is made to order, so printing alone can take up to 7-10 days.  Shipping can take up to an additional 7-10 days.  You should expect to receive your order within 2-3 weeks from the day of purchase.  Occasionally, due to large volume of sales, it may take longer.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes!  We would love to collaborate with you on any custom designs, colors, or sizes you might be interested in.  Please contact us at info@sketchandco.net for more information.

Do you accept returns?

Sorry, we do not accept returns at this time.  Each print is made to order especially for you.  Therefore, all sales are final.  We want you to love your Sketch + Co print, so please choose wisely, and contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

What kind of paper do you print on?

For sizes 8x10 and 11x14, we print on either white lightweight linen cover stock or white poster paper with a gloss finish, based on your preference.  For sizes 16x20 and above, we only offer printing on white poster paper with a gloss finish. Please contact us at info@sketchandco.net for any custom paper or canvas requests. 

Do you offer framing?

We do not offer framing at this time.  However, if you need additional assistance with framing ideas, feel free to reach out.  We are happy to help you decide what might look best with your selection.

Do you ship worldwide?

No.  At this time, we only ship within the continental US.
